Deliveries:
Due to the current outbreak of Covid 19, we are currently only sending out individual items ordered (binders, single issues, etc) as part of a batch once a week to protect staff from exposure. We apologise for the delay but are still processing orders. Please allow a little extra time than normal for deliveries.
Below are a few questions that may answer the query you have about our subscriptions or a product, but if not please contact us and we’d be happy to help.
1. When will my subscription start?
Unless told otherwise a subscription will start with the next available issue. If you would like to start with a particular issue, please note this in the comments on checkout. We can backdate a subscription by 6 months, subject to availability.
2. When will the first issue of my subscription arrive?
You should receive your first issue on, or just before the On Sale date for UK subscriptions. Overseas is dependent on the area it is going to but, generally European countries should receive their copies within 3-7 days from the On Sale date and the Rest of the World within 7-14 days from the On Sale date.
3. What scale do the plans come in?
Most plans are produced at 1/72nd scale although some of the larger planes are 1/144th scale.
4. Do the plans include 3 views or cutaways?
No. The plans show outline details from different angles, as well as cross-sections. They are ideal for model-making.
